I'm a theatre director, writer and academic based in the UK.
My plays have been performed in Adelaide, Berlin, Avignon, Barcelona, Edinburgh, Dublin and across the UK, where I'm joint artistic director of Dragonflies Theatre and an associate at Kuleshov Theatre. I trained as a theatre director at Lamda.
Articles I've written have been published in the Times Literary Supplement, Literary Review, the LA Review of Books and elsewhere. I recently wrote a chapter on Ken Loach for a book published by Bloomsbury.
I have a 1st class degree in English Literature from UCL, and an MA (distinction) in Issues in Modern Culture. In 2016 I finished an AHRC funded PhD on representations of homelessness in literature, also at UCL.
I'm currently a teaching fellow in the English Literature department at Tübingen University, Germany.
